摘要
目的研究运动视力在年龄相关性白内障患者行超声乳化吸除联合人工晶状体植入术后的变化。方法将2017年6月至2018年4月于沧州眼科医院确诊为双眼年龄相关性白内障患者且行白内障超声乳化吸除联合人工晶状体植入术患者57例(114只眼),测定其手术前后最佳矫正视力(BCVA),利用自制动态视力测量工具,在双眼最佳矫正状态下测定对水平运动速度为1. 3 m/s的运动视标的分辨能力。结果白内障手术前后动态视力差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05);术前动态视力与静态视力下降幅度比较无明显统计学差异。结论年龄相关性白内障患者表现为更加明显的运动视力下降,白内障超声乳化吸除联合人工晶状体植入术可有效恢复老年人的运动视力。
        Objective To study the changes of motor vision after phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in age-related cataract patients. Methods Fifty-seven patients( 114 eyes) with binocular age-related cataract who underwent phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in Cangzhou Eye Hospital from June 2017 to April 2018 were examined for their best corrected visual acuity before and after surgery. Horizontal motion was measured under the best corrected binocular condition using a homemade dynamic visual acuity measuring instrument. Resolutionof motion target with speed of 1. 3 m/s. Results The difference of dynamic visual acuity before and after cataract surgery was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the range of dynamic visual acuity and static visual acuity before operation. Conclusions Age-related cataract patients showed more significant decline in motor vision,phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation can effectively restore the motor vision of the elderly.
