摘要
针对大庆油田致密油压裂水平井压后试油排液求产中排液参数变化的问题,通过研究螺杆泵与水力泵的工作原理以及特点,对PP3井和QP5井两口水平井先采用螺杆泵、后采用水力泵的实际排液求产数据进行分析,从排液能力、工作制度调整、井底流压及产能求取的准确性等方面对两者的优缺点进行应用对比,提出螺杆泵与水力泵在水平井排液求产中的选择原则。分析表明,螺杆泵在泵效60%以上时,可实现安全稳定求产;而水力泵更适用于压后水平井试油排液求产,尤其是日产液小于100 m~3的低产井。该分析为致密油压裂水平井压后试油排液求产优选排液工艺提供了参考依据。
        In order to solve the problem of the variance of discharge parameters in the production of tight oil horizontal well after fracturing in Daqing oil field,the working principle and characteristics of the screw pump and the hydraulic pump are studied in detail in this paper.Two horizontal wells,well PP3 and QP5 screw pump and the hydraulic pump,are taken as an example to analyze the actual production data of liquid discharge.During the production process,the two wells use the screw pump first and then the hydraulic pump.In order to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two types of pumps,this paper starts with the aspects of discharge capacity,work system adjustment,bottom-hole flow pressure and the accuracy of production capacity,and puts forward the selection principle of screw pump and hydraulic pump in the production of horizontal wells.The analysis results show that when the pump efficiency is more than 60%,the screw pump can achieve safe and stable production; however,the hydraulic pump is more suitable for production after fracturing,especially for low production wells with daily production less than 100 m~3.This analysis provided a reference for the selection fluid discharge process of tight oil horizontal well production after fracturing.
