摘要
目的了解淡水动物性水产品养殖、销售、加工过程中弧菌的污染来源。方法在副溶血性弧菌感染高发的第二季度和第三季度,从不同的淡水动物性水产品养殖场所、销售场所、餐饮场所采取淡水鱼、水体和水底沉积物样本;采用弧菌显色法进行致病性弧菌定量检测;并完成副溶血性弧菌分离株血清型和toxR、tdh和trh基因的检测。结果副溶血性弧菌在淡水动物性水产品中的污染与场所密切相关;副溶血性弧菌分离株的血清型以O1/O2/O3/O5为主,69株副溶血性弧菌中检出3株O3∶K6血清型,4株表达tdh基因,1株表达trh基因。结论淡水产品中致病性弧菌的污染主要来源于销售加工环节。
        Objective To find the sources of pathogenetic Vibrio spp. in the farming,processing and marketing of freshwater products. Methods Freshwater products,water and sediment samples were collected from different farming,processing and marketing places in the second quarter and third quarter in 2014; to detect pathogenic Vibrio spp. by Vibrio chromogenic method and complete the detection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolates of serotype and toxR,tdh and trh genes. Results The contamination of pathogenetic Vibrio spp. in freshwater products is closely related to sampling sites. The serotype of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolates is mainly O1/O2/O3/O5,and 3 O3 ∶K6 were isolated from 69 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus,of which 4 strains are tdh+and 1 strain is trh+. Conclusion The main pollution of pathogenic Vibrio in freshwater products is from the processing link.
