摘要
目前,压裂投产是各大油田针对此类油藏普遍采用的开发方式之一。据统计,胜利油田压裂液用量呈现逐年攀升的趋势,压裂液年用量也达到了近50×104m3,单井平均用量近500 m3。这些施工残余及返排的压裂液不但加重了污水处理的成本,而且浪费了资源,加重了对油区环境的污染破坏。压裂液综合回收利用技术着眼于压后残液与返排液体,通过技术手段去除余液中支撑剂、泥屑等机械杂质;之后根据处理后的压裂液进行分类,应用于不同压裂井或水井调剖,减少废液外排的同时利用了体系中的可用有效成分,极大节约了水及药剂使用量,实现废液再利用,是绿色、低碳、环保的综合回收利用技术。
        With the deepening of oilfield development, low permeability and ultra-low permeability have gradually become the main battlefield for stabilizing production and increasing production. At present,fracturing and production is one of the most widely used development methods for various reservoirs. According to statistics, the amount of fracturing fluid used in Shengli Oilfield is increasing year by year. The annual amount of fracturing fluid used in Shengli Oilfield has reached nearly 50 × 10~4 m~3, and the average amount of single well used is nearly 500 m~3. These fracturing fluids not only aggravate the cost of sewage treatment, but also waste resources and aggravate the pollution damage to the oil environment.Fracturing fluid comprehensive recovery and utilization technology focuses on residual fluid after fracturing and flowing back fluid, removing mechanical impurities such as proppant and mud cuttings in residual fluid by technical means, and then classifying the treated fracturing fluid according to its classification, which is applied to profile control of different fracturing wells or water wells to reduce the effluent discharging while utilizing the available effective components in the system. It is a green, low carbon and environmental protection comprehensive recycling technology.
