<正>黄色肉芽肿性胆囊炎(xanthogranulomatous cholecystitis,XGC)是一种罕见的胆囊炎性疾病,又称纤维性黄色肉芽肿性胆囊炎、胆囊假瘤、胆汁肉芽肿性胆囊炎。侵及周围组织(如肝脏)时极易误诊为胆囊癌~([1]),有时还可出现梗阻性黄疸症状~([2])。准确的术前诊断难度较大,术中快速冰
