摘要
介绍了CRH3型动车组转向架的铸铝枕梁国产化研制过程,并对其中关键技术进行了系统研究和分析,包括:采用仿真技术和有限元分析对枕梁结构进行设计,对24种载荷工况组合进行疲劳强度评估;对配料、造型等工艺和工序进行设计。通过疲劳试验和线路运营考核验证了铸铝枕梁国产化的可行性与可靠性。
The whole localization process of the aluminum bolster of CRH3 series EMU is introduced,some key technologies are studied and analyzed,including the simulation technology and the design of bolster structure based on finit element analysis.According to24 loading conditions,the fatigue strength is evaluated for the design of batching,modeling process and working procedure.The feasibility and reliability of the casting aluminum bolster are verified by fatigue strength evaluation and practical line operation.
