无保护助产护理在初产妇自然分娩中的应用效果观察

摘要
目的:观察无保护助产护理在初产妇自然分娩中的应用效果。方法:选取68例初产妇作为观察对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各34例。对照组给予会阴保护助产护理,观察组给予无保护助产护理。比较两组会阴损伤、会阴侧切率、产后会阴疼痛程度(VAS)、第二、三产程时间及并发症发生率。结果:观察组会阴侧切率、并发症发生率均明显小于对照组,产后会阴疼痛程度、会阴损伤程度均明显轻于对照组,第二、三产程时间均明显短于对照组,差距均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无保护助产护理效果优于会阴保护助产护理效果。
Objective: To observe effects of unprotected midwifery nursing in spontaneous labor of primiparas. Methods: 68 primiparas were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,34 cases in each group. The control group was given perineum-protecting midwifery nursing,while the observation group used unprotected midwifery nursing. The perineal injury,lateral episiotomy rates,postpartum perineal pain scores( VAS),duration of the second and third stages of labor,and postpartum complications were compared between the two groups. Results: The lateral episiotomy rate and complication rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the postpartum perineal pain and perineal injury were significantly lighter than those of the control group,the duration of the second and third stages of labor was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P<0. 05). Conclusions: Unprotected midwifery nursing is better than perineum-protecting midwifery nursing.
