规范化护理操作对雾化治疗鼻鼽疗效影响的观察
摘要
目的:浅析雾化治疗鼻鼽中规范化护理操作对疗效的影响。方法:筛选2017年8月至2018年9月期间我院收治的64例鼻鼽患者为研究对象,通过掷筛子法分为两组,雾化治疗中观察组行规范化护理操作,对照组行常规性操作,对比两组效果。结果:治疗后观察组患者总有效率为96.88%,远高于对照组的81.25%。结论:鼻鼽的雾化治疗中,规范化护理操作能够提升治疗的有效性,迅速改善病症,缩短患者的康复时间,临床中值得推广应用。
Purpose: Analysis of the effect of standardized nursing operation in nasal snoring by atomization. Methods: Sixty-four patients with nasal snoring admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to September 2018 were selected and divided into two groups by throwing sieve method. The observation group was given standardized nursing operation while the control group was given routine operation. The effects of the two groups were compared. Result: After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.88%, much higher than that of the control group(81.25%).Conclusion: In the atomization treatment of nasal snore, standardized nursing operation can improve the effectiveness of treatment, rapidly improve the symptoms, shorten the recovery time of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
