摘要
笔迹心理分析目前已广泛运用于企业人才的选拔。学生干部队伍是高职院校学生管理的中坚力量,笔迹心理分析技术同样适用于高校学生干部的选拔任用。本文以班长为例,结合三位较为典型的班长笔迹进行分析,揭示笔迹心理分析能较为快速、准确地推断学生的性格品质特征,在高校学生干部选拔中有较大的应用空间,对于学生干部的培养也有一定的辅助功能。由于笔迹心理学科在目前的发展中受到社会认知的偏见及普及程度的影响,需要各方面的完善努力,才能让其发扬光大。
The graphology psychology has been extensively used in the selection of talents in enterprises.The team of students carders is a vital force of the students management in higher vocational colleges.The technology of graphology psychology also applies to the selection of students carders in colleges and universities.This paper,taking the graphology of three typical monitors as examples,reveals that graphology psychology can infer the characteristics of students rapidly and accurately.There is large room for the selection and training of college students carders.As the graphology psychology is limited by the social cognitive bias and popularity,it requires more efforts to improve and develop a higher stage.
