王祥生运用经方治疗劳淋经验总结

摘要
劳淋相当于现代医学中反复发作,迁延不愈的泌尿系统疾患,临床多见。中医学关于劳淋治疗经验丰富,《伤寒杂病论》中虽无淋证及劳淋的论述,但是"小便不利""小便利""小便难""小便数"等广泛散布于《伤寒论》各篇中。《金匮要略·消渴小便不利淋病》中有"淋"的论述,"淋之为病,小便如粟状,小腹弦急,痛引脐中"。王祥生教授熟读经典,将其中属于劳淋的辨证论治思路加以总结,广泛与临床相结合,在仲景六经辨证理论的指导下使用经方,效果明显,现将其治疗劳淋经验总结如下。
Overstrain-induced stranguria refers to the repeated-attacking and lingering disease in urinary system in modern medicine,commonly seen in clinic. TCM has rich experiences in the treatment of the disease. There is no specific statement on the disease in Shanghan Zabing Lun,but"dysuria","difficulty in urine"and "frequent urine"are distributed in each chapter of Shang Han Lun. It is described in Jin Gui Yao Lue: Xiao Ke Xiao Bian Bu Li Lin Bing that the disorder is manifested as milky urine,lower abdominal pain radiating to the umbilicus. Prof. Wang Xiangsheng has profound understanding on the classics,especially in the differentiation and treatment of stranguria. Prof. Wang has applied Zhang Zhongjing's theory on the differentiation of six meridians to clinical practice and has achieved the apparent effects. The experiences in the treatment of stranguria with classic formulas were introduced in the paper.
