摘要

赵刚教授认为劳淋多由久淋、禀赋不足、房劳、年老、劳累等所致,病位在肝、脾、肾、膀胱,本虚标实,辨病辨证,结合现代中医药研究成果,依据症状及临床特点,将补肾通淋之法运用于八正散之中,随证加减,疗效良好,降低复发率,提高生活质量。附验案1则。
        Professor ZHAO Gang, thinks that the stranguria by long leaching treatment, the lack of innate endowment, sex not section, frail or overworked, believes the disease located in liver, spleen, kidney, bladder, the disease nature have syndromes of root deficiency andbranch excess, through disease differentiation with dialectical staging treatmen, combined with modern Chinese medicine research, based on symptoms and clinical features, applies the method of tonifying kidney and relieving stranguria in Ba Zhengsan, which is modified in the cases, to treat overstrain stranguria in women and has achieved a good curative effect with low relapse rate and improvement of patients' life quality.
