补中益气汤联合针刺治疗慢性特发性耳鸣临床研究

摘要
目的:应用补中益气汤联合针刺治疗慢性特发性耳鸣患者,观察其临床效果,评估对患者听力的改善作用。方法:选择特发性耳鸣患者100例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各50例,对照组常规治疗基础上给予补中益气汤治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上应用针刺治疗。评估2组患者临床疗效,并分别于治疗前后评估患者耳鸣程度及评分,采用耳鸣残疾评估量表(TH)I评估患者机体改善状况。结果:研究组总有效率为88.00%,高于对照组78.00%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,2组耳鸣程度Ⅰ级+Ⅱ级发生率较治疗前提高,耳鸣程度Ⅲ级+Ⅳ级+Ⅴ级发生率和耳鸣评分较治疗前降低;且研究组耳鸣程度Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级发生率高于对照组,耳鸣程度Ⅲ级+Ⅳ级+Ⅴ级发生率和耳鸣评分低于对照组;差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,2组THI各项评分及总评分结果均低于治疗前,且治疗后研究组THI总评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:应用补中益气汤联合针刺治疗慢性特发性耳鸣患者,临床疗效显著,患者耳鸣症状明显得到改善。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi tang combined with acupuncture for patients with chronic idiopathic tinnitus, and to evaluate the improvement of hearing. Methods: A total of 100 cases of patients with idiopathic tinnitus were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group. The control group was additionally treated with Buzhong Yiqi tang based on routine therapy, and the study group was additionally treated with acupuncture based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effect in the two groups was evaluated;the degrees and scores of tinnitus in the two groups were evaluated before and after treatment respectively; the improvement of patients' body was evaluated by Tinnitus Handicap Inventory(THI). Results: The total effective rate was 88.00% in the study group, higher than that of 78.00% in the control group, the difference being significant(P < 0.05). After treatment, the incidence of tinnitus at grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ in the two groups was increased when compared with that before treatment,while the incidence of tinnitus at grade Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ as well as the scores of tinnitus in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment;the incidence of tinnitus at grade Ⅰ and Ⅱin the study group was higher than that in the control group,while the incidence of tinnitus at grade Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ as well as the score of tinnitus in the study group were lower than those in the control group;differences being significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,the scores and total scores of THI in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the total score of THI in the study group was lower than that in the control group,differences being significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of Buzhong Yiqi tang combined with acupuncture for chronic idiopathic tinnitus has significant curative effect and can significantly improve the symptoms of tinnitus.
