摘要

研究了铁路项目工程施工阶段所存在的风险,并提出了相应的应对措施。旨在提高铁路项目施工的工程进度,降低风险,对项目施工中的风险应对起到借鉴作用。
        This paper studies the risks existing in the construction stage of railway project and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. It is hoped that this method can improve the construction schedule of the high-speed railway project, reduce the risk and play a reference role in the risk response of the project construction.
