摘要
目的制备勃姆石粉体。方法酯化反应辅助的水热法。结果本研究制备了勃姆石粉体,并利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射技术(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外吸收光谱(FTIR)和热失重分析(TGA)对其形貌和晶型进行了表征。结论与传统水热制备方法相比,酯化反应辅助水热法制备勃姆石粉体,具有能耗低、生产效率高、产物形貌均匀等明显的优势。
        Objective: To prepare boehmite powders. Methods: Esterification reaction assisted hydrothermal method.Results: In this study,boehmite powders was synthesized and its morphology and crystal form were characterized by techniques of transmission electron microscopy(TEM),scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectrometry(FTIR) and thermogravimetic analysis(TGA). Conclusion: Compared with conventional hydrothermal method,preparation of boehmite powders by esterification reaction assisted hydrothermal method have distinct advantages,such as : low energy consumption,high production efficiency,homogeneous morphology of the products.
