摘要
传统教学模式存在一些不适用于军事职业教育的缺点,引入理实一体化模式,将理论知识与实作技能融于一体进行教学,能够有效提高学员的学习积极性和动手能力,是军事职业教育改革的发展需求。在此基础上,引入"PDCA"循环控制"仓储勤务"课程的理实一体化教学过程,从而可保证教学的有效性和计划性,最终实现由知识本位向能力本位、由教为主向学为主转变的课程教学新模式。
There are some shortages which misfit the military vocational education in the traditional teaching model,so we introduce the theory-practice integrated teaching model which integrate theory knowledge with practical skills to improve students' learning initiative and practical abilities. Then we introduce PDCA Cycle to control the process of the warehousing service under the theory-practice integrated teaching model in order to guarantee the validity and scheduling. Finally,we can achieve the new teaching model in which knowledge standard is turned to ability standard and teaching standard is turned to learning standard.
