天麻素联合地奥司明对前庭周围性眩晕的疗效观察

摘要
目的:探讨天麻素联合地奥司明对前庭周围性眩晕的疗效。方法:收集本院自2015年11月—2017年10月确诊为前庭周围性眩晕的患者96例。采用随机数字表法将两组患者分为对照组及联合用药组,每组患者各48例。对照组予以天麻素静脉输液,联合用药组在对照组基础上加用地奥司明口服。治疗前及治疗后1周、4周后分别予以评估两组患者眩晕症状积分,根据患者症状评估总体疗效。结果:治疗前两组患者眩晕症状评分差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1周及4周后,两组患者眩晕症状评分均较治疗前好转,且联合用药组患者眩晕症状评分改善优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,联合用药组患者总体有效率优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:天麻素联合地奥司明可明显减轻前庭周围性眩晕患者眩晕症状,具有良好的临床疗效。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of gastrodine combined with diosmin for vestibular peripheral vertigo.Methods:From November 2015 to October 2015,96 cases of vestibular peripheral vertigo,by using the random number table method were divided into control group and combination group,48 cases for each.The control group used gastrodine by intravenous dripping and the combination group on the basis added Siming Decoction.Before and respectively 1 and 4 weeks after treatment,we assessed the two groups′ vertigo symptom integral to evaluate the overall effect.Results:Vertigo symptom scores had no statistically significant difference in patients before treatment(P<0.05).1 and 4 weeks after treatment,two groups′ vertigo symptom scores were better.The combination group′s improved better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The combination treatment group′s total effectiveness was better than that of the control group and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Diosmin and gastrodia elata can obviously reduce dizziness of vestibular peripheral vertigo patients,with good clinical curative effect.
