肾脏外周型原始神经外胚层肿瘤影像诊断

摘要
目的:观察肾脏外周型原始神经外胚层肿瘤的影像学表现及诊断方式的准确性。方法:选择我院收治的疑似肾脏外周型原始神经外胚层肿瘤患者86例作为本次观察的对象,针对收治的86例疑似肾脏外周型原始神经外胚层肿瘤患者分别采用MRI诊断及CT检查,将MRI诊断及CT检查分别于病理学检查结果相比较,分析两种诊断方式的诊断结果及肾脏外周型原始神经外胚层肿瘤的影像学表现。结果:CT检查与MRI诊断的诊断准确率不存在较为显著的差异(P>0.05),统计学有意义。MRI检查及CT诊断能较为清晰的显示肿瘤肿瘤的内部结构、边界及相邻组织之间的关系。结论:肾脏外周型原始神经外胚层肿瘤经过MRI检查及CT检查并无显著特征的表现,检查能清晰显示肿瘤范围、具体位置及有无远处转移等信息,为临床中的手术计划制定及治疗打下了坚实的基础,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the imaging and diagnostic methods of the tumor in the peripheral peripheral neurodermal layer. Methods Our hospital type of suspected kidney peripheral primitive neural ectoderm tumor patients,86 cases as the observation object, in view of the treated 86 cases of suspected kidney type peripheral primitive neural ectoderm cancer patients respectively using MRI diagnosis and CT diagnosis, MRI diagnosis and CT diagnosis in the pathology laboratory results, analysis of two kinds of diagnosis methods of diagnosis and kidney type peripheral primitive neural ectoderm tumor imaging findings. Results There was a significant difference(P < 0.05) in the diagnostic accuracy of CT diagnosis and MRI diagnosis, and statistically significant. MRI scans can provide a clearer picture of the tumor's internal structure, boundaries, and relationships between adjacent tissues. Conclusions Renal peripheral primitive neural ectoderm tumor by MRI and no significant characteristics, scope of examination can clearly shows that the tumor, the information such as location, and presence of distant metastasis, in clinical surgery planning and laid a solid foundation treatment, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
