摘要
接触弧长对砂带磨粒磨损、工件磨削质量有重要影响。采用可磨式双极热电偶法,测量樟子松木材和中密度纤维板(MDF)砂带磨削的接触弧长。结果表明:实际接触弧长比几何接触弧长大,并随着砂带速度的增加而减小,但随着进给速度和磨削厚度的增加而变大。樟子松木材的接触弧长小于MDF,但法向磨削力大于MDF。除法向磨削力外,不同材质属性对接触弧长有重要影响。在瞬时低温产生的磨削热作用下,接触弧长的变化并无规律。
Contact lengths of sanding belts for Pinus sylvestris wood and medium density fiberboard(MDF)samples were measured during sanding process by grindable bipolar thermocouple.It was found that the actual contact lengths were longer than geometric ones,and that the contact lengths decreased linearly with increase of sanding belt speeds,but increased with increase of feed rates and sanding thickness.The contact lengths of Pinus sylvestris wood was smaller than that of MDF with greater normal sanding forces.It proved that material properties except normal forces had an important impact on the contact lengths.No regular changes of the contact lengths under sanding heat generated by instantaneous low temperature were observed.
