摘要
ABC分析法是基于帕累托(Pareto)20/80法则的一种众所周知的分析方法,但分类标准过于单一。虽然AHP分析法可以避免该种缺陷,但是受主观因素影响较大,AHP分析法的缺陷能够利用信息熵很好的解决。文章通过研究探讨,提出一种基于AHP和信息熵结合的模型对传统ABC分类法进行改进,将该模型应用在S制造公司的零部件库存分类上。并将分类结果与公司原有分类结果相比较,证明文章研究方法在零部件库存分类方面更优秀,能更好地为公司制定库存管理策略提供依据。
ABC analysis is a well-known analysis method based on Pareto(Pareto) 20/80 rule, but the classification standard is too single. Though AHP analysis can avoid this kind of defect, it is greatly influenced by subjective factors.The defect of AHP analysis can be solved well by information entropy. In this paper, a new model based on the combination of AHP and information entropy is proposed to improve the traditional ABC classification. The model is applied to the classification of spare parts in S manufacturing companies.And comparing the classification results with the original classification results of the company, it is proved that the research method is more excellent in the classification of spare parts inventory, and can provide a better basis for the company to formulate inventory management strategy.
