摘要
建立了化妆品中甲醛释放体咪唑烷基脲(Imidazolidinyl Urea, IU)的含量测定方法。通过测定咪唑烷基脲在溶液中分解释放的甲醛量间接测定咪唑烷基脲的含量。咪唑烷基脲在碱性条件下快速分解释放甲醛,采用柱前衍生法使甲醛与2,4-二硝基苯肼反应后,经Inertsil ODS-SP液相色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm×5μm)分离测定,流动相为甲醇-水(体积比60∶40),检测波长为355 nm。结果表明,在试验条件下,咪唑烷基脲可快速分解达到稳定状态,方法检出限为0.001%,咪唑烷基脲在1~100μg/mL范围内与相应的峰面积有良好的线性关系,加标回收率为92.1%~109.5%。该方法可用于测定化妆品中咪唑烷基脲的含量,填补了《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版)的空白,有利于规范化妆品行业对甲醛释放体类防腐剂的使用。
        A method for the determination of imidazolidinyl urea in cosmetics was established. By determining the content of formaldehyde released from imidazolidinyl urea, the content of imidazolidinyl urea was determined indirectly. Imidazolidinyl urea degraded rapidly and released formaldehyde under alkaline condition. After reacting with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine and separated by Intersil ODS-SP, formaldehyde was determined at 355 nm. The results showed that under the experimental conditions, imidazolidinyl urea could degrade to stable concentration. The detection limit of this method was 0.001%, and the recovery rates varied from 92.1% to 109.5%. The method which ?lled the blanks of Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics can be used to determine the content of imidazolidinyl urea in cosmetics and to rule the use of formaldehyde-releasing preservatives.
