牙周基础治疗对绝经期牙周炎患者血清及龈沟液中IL-8、IL-10和雌二醇的影响

摘要
目的:探讨分析牙周基础治疗对绝经期牙周炎患者血清及龈沟液中IL-8、IL-10和雌二醇(Estrogn,E2)的影响。方法:选取我院在2015年5月至2016年10月期间收治的女性绝经期牙周炎患者76例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组38例。对照组患者给予常规牙龈清洗治疗,观察组患者实行牙周基础治疗,两组均治疗3个月,利用酶联免疫吸附试验(Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)检测血清及龈沟液样本中的IL-8、IL-10水平。使用E2化学发光免疫试剂盒,计算E2浓度,对比分析两组患者治疗前、后龈沟液中雌二醇,血清及龈沟液中IL-8、IL-10的水平变化情况。结果:治疗前,两组患者各项指标无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的血清及龈沟液IL-8较治疗前均有下降,治疗后,观察组患者血清及龈沟液IL-8表达水平要低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的血清及龈沟液IL-10较治疗前均有升高,且观察组升高程度要大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,观察组E2的水平与对照组比较无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组E2的水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:牙周基础治疗可显著降低血清及龈沟液中IL-8浓度,升高血清及龈沟液中IL-10浓度,从而控制炎症感染因素,改善牙周炎患者的健康状况,有效的提高龈沟液中E2浓度,提高绝经患者的治疗效果。
Objective:To investigate the effects of basic periodontal treatment on serum and gingival crevicular fluid IL-8,IL-10 and estradiol(Estrogn,E2)in patients with menopausal periodontitis.Methods:A total of 76 female patients with menopausal periodontitis admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to October 2016 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 38 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional gingival cleansing.Patients in the observation group were treated with periodontal treatment.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The levels of IL-8 and IL-10 in the serum and gingival crevicular fluid samples were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The E2 chemiluminescence immunoassay kit was used to measure the concentration of E2.The levels of IL-8 and IL-10 in serum,gingival crevicular fluid and gingival crevicular fluid in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum and gingival crevicular fluid levels of IL-8 decreased in both groups.After treatment,the levels of IL-8 in serum and gingival crevicular fluid of the observation group were lower than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum and gingival crevicular fluid levels of IL-10 in both groups increased.After treatment,the level of E2 in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Periodontal treatment can significantly reduce the levelof IL-8 in the serum and gingival crevicular fluid,and increase the concentration of IL-10 in the serum and gingival crevicular fluid.Periodontal treatment can control the inflammation resulted from infection,improve the health of patients with periodontitis,effectively raise the concentration of E2 in gingival crevicular fluid.
