摘要
浅色、白色的纺织品在高温定型或压模处理后,常出现过度黄变、黄斑,导致白度严重下降。为了解决这一问题,采用抗高温热黄变剂TF-6238A,对几种白色面料进行整理,并分析了面料种类、加工温度、加工时间、及抗高温热黄变剂用量和复配性能等因素对整理效果的影响。结果表明:TF-6238A对棉和尼龙效果理想,热黄变整理剂TF-6238A最佳用量为20 g/L,抗高温180~220℃,时间可达180 s。与柔软剂硅油、软片等复配,可以改善此类产品的高温热黄变性。
Textiles with white or shallow color often appear excessive yellowing and macular after high temperature setting or die pressing treatment, which results in serious whiteness reduction. To solve this problem, anti-high temperature yellowing finishing agent TF-6238 A was used to study the factors such as fabric type, processing temperature, processing time, dosage and compound properties. The results showed that TF-6238 A had ideal effect on cotton and nylon. The optimum dosage was 20 g/L, the temperature resistance was 180-220 ℃, and the time could reach 180 s. Compound with softener silicone oil and film can improve the high temperature yellowing property of this kind of products.
