摘要
目的比较不同过氧化氢发生装置对病房空间微生物杀灭效果。方法选择体积为100 m3的普通病房,以浓度为350 g/L,用量为6. 9 ml/m3条件下启动汽化过氧化氢发生系统运行115 min,以浓度为80 g/L,用量为12. 0ml/m3条件下启动干雾过氧化氢发生系统喷雾40 min,保持80 min,采用空气微生物采样法和表面涂抹采样法检验自然菌合格率。以化学指示卡、嗜热脂肪芽孢和自制黑色枯草芽孢变种作为检测对象,检验两种装置的消毒效果。结果两种不同过氧化氢发生装置对空气中和物体表面的自然菌杀灭效果都能够达到国家标准,但其消毒效果在化学指示剂和芽孢生物指示剂中存在较大差异。结论两种装置都能用于医院普通病房空间内自然菌的杀灭,其中汽化过氧化氢消毒机较雾化过氧化氢消毒机杀灭芽孢更彻底。
        Objective To compare the germicidal efficacy of different type of hydrogen peroxide system. Methods Experiments were performed in a 100 m3 common ward. Vapor hydrogen peroxide of 350 g/L was worked with 6. 9 ml/m3 for115 min. Aerosolized hydrogen peroxide of 80 g/L was worked with 12. 0 ml/m3 for 40 min. Natural bacteria were evaluated by surface and air samples. Chemical indicator,indicator of Bacillus stearothermophilus and Bacillus subtilis var niger spores were used to evaluate disinfection efficacy. Results The two system were all passed the national standard of natural bacteria after disinfection,but the disinfection results were different in chemical indicator and biological indicator. Conclusion Both of the two type of hydrogen peroxide system can effectively killing natural bacteria in ward,vapor hydrogen peroxide system is more effectively in killing bacterial spore than aerosolized hydrogen peroxide system.
