摘要

针对空压机冷凝液泵振值偏高的问题进行了分析,并对泵检修中所需要注意的要点进行了说明,解决了冷凝液泵振值居高不下的问题,有效避免了机泵的频繁检修,节约了检修成本,减少了检修工作量,保证了设备的稳定运行以及系统的长周期运行。
        In this paper,the problem of high vibration value of condensate pump of air compressor is analyzed,and the points needing attention in pump maintenance are explained.The problem of high vibration value of condensate pump is solved,frequent maintenance of pump is effectively avoided,maintenance cost is saved,maintenance workload is greatly reduced,stable operation of equipment and long-term operation of system are guaranteed.
