摘要
随着科学技术的发展,陈旧、传统的锰矿井下排水系统逐渐被淘汰,先进、现代的井下排水系统的自动化控制应用越来越多。总结了锰矿井下传统排水系统的特点及存在的问题,阐明了锰矿井下排水系统自动化控制应用的必要性。基于该系统的基本功能,对锰矿井下排水系统实现自动化控制的主控中心及站点、井下水泵控制系统、自动化监控系统、视频检查系统、语音系统、线路等主要结构的设计及实现进行了分析,以期在提高锰矿井下工作效率的同时,保障井下生产安全。
With the development of science and technology, the old and traditional manganese mine in drainage system has been gradually eliminated. The automation and control applications of advanced and modern underground drainage systems are increasing. This paper summarizes the characteristics and existing problems of traditional drainage system in manganese mine. It clarifies the necessity of the automatic control application of underground mine drainage system. On the basic functions of the system, we have made an analysis of the design and implementation of the main structure of main control center and station, including the downhole pump control system, the automatic monitoring system, the video inspection system, the voice system and the line for the automatic control of the underground mine drainage system. In order to improve the efficiency of underground mine production, we will be ensuring the safety of underground production.
