唐农治疗化疗所致消化道不良反应经验

摘要
总结唐农运用桂枝法治疗肿瘤化疗引起的消化道不良反应的经验。认为本病的发病机制是阳气虚于内,痰湿阻滞中焦、上焦,影响脾胃的升降功能。从内阳外阴本体结构阐述本病,提出该病的本质是阴阳不同程度地偏离了内阳外阴的本位,阴乘阳位,阳气内虚,进而不能暖土运土,导致中土失衡。治疗前期以桂枝法温通中上焦、健运中土,后期温补下焦、益精填髓,使阴阳复位,回归内阳外阴之本体结构。
This paper summarized TANG Nong' s experiences in treating adverse reactions of digestive tract caused by chemotherapy for cancer with Guizhi Method(桂枝法). Professor TANG Nong believes that the pathogenesis of this disease is yangqi deficiency in the interior which leads to phlegm dampness blockage in the middle-energizer and the upper-energizer affecting the function of the spleen and stomach. From the perspective of exterior yin and interior yang,it is believed that the essence of the disease is that yin and yang deviate from the normal state of exterior yin and interior yang,resulting in yin intruding into yang's position,and the deficiency of yang in the interior cannot warm and transport earth(spleen),resulting in the disorder of earth(spleen) in the middle. Treatment in the early period is to warm and activate the middle-energizer and upper-energizer,strengthen the earth(spleen) in the middle part,and warm and tonify the lower-energizer,and in the later period to replenish essence and marrow to make the yin and yang to return to normal state of exterior yin and interior yang.
