摘要
目的研究何氏养肾颗粒的制备工艺。方法以黄芪甲苷含量和干膏得率为评价指标,运用正交试验法优选何氏养肾颗粒的提取工艺,并进行湿法制粒工艺研究。结果最佳提取工艺:将黄芪、地黄等5味药材加10倍水,浸泡30 min,煎煮3次,每次1.5小时。制粒工艺:提取液减压浓缩至相对密度1.05~1.10(60℃),喷雾干燥制得干膏粉;将山茱萸干燥、粉碎成细粉,与干膏粉混匀,加适量糊精和蔗糖,并加75%乙醇适量,制粒,干燥。结论该工艺合理、稳定、可行,可为何氏养肾颗粒的制备提供实验依据。
        Objective To optimize the preparation process of Heshi Yangshen Granules.Methods With the extracting rate of astragaloside content and dried paste as index, the orthogonal test was used to optimize the extracting technology and to study the granulating technology of Heshi Yangsheng Granules.Results The optimal extraction procedure is as follows:Add 10-fold amount of water to extract the mixed medicinal materials which include astragalus membranaceus and radix rehmanniae for 3 times,1.5 hours each time after being pre-soaked for 30 minutes.Granulating technology:Extracted liquid was vacuum concentrated and condensed to density ratio of 1.05~1.10(60 ℃),and became extracted powder after being spray dried.The frutus corni was dried and smashed into fine powder,and then was mixed with the spray-dried extracted powder.Adding appropriate amount of dextrin,sugar and 75% ethanol,the granules were prepared followed by drying and size stabilization for the final product.Conclusion Such technology is reasonable,stable,feasible and can be provided as experimental basis for the preparation process of Heshi Yangshen Granules.
