地蜂子免疫作用的药理研究

摘要
目的探讨地蜂子的免疫作用,为地蜂子的临床应用和新用途开发提供思路。方法采用碳粒廓清实验法测定小鼠网状内皮系统中的单核巨噬细胞功能及其对小鼠免疫器官的影响,应用DNCB测试小鼠迟发型超敏反应。结果地蜂子水提液低剂组、醇提液高剂组脾脏和胸腺的重量均高于空白对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);地蜂子水提液低剂组、醇提液高剂组的小鼠的碳粒廓清指数K和吞噬指数α高于空白对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。地蜂子水提液、醇提液均能明显抑制DNCB引起的小鼠迟发型超敏反应,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论地蜂子能增加小鼠免疫器官的重量,增强其单核巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,具有明显的免疫调节作用。
        Objective To explore the immune function of terrestrial wasps, and to provide ideas for clinical application and new use development of terrestrial wasps. Methods Carbon particle clearance test was used to determine the function of monocytes and macrophages in the reticuloendothelial system of mice and their effects on the immune organs of mice. DNCB was used to test the delayed hypersensitivity of mice. ResultsThe weight of spleen and thymus in the low-dose group and the high-dose group were higher than those in the blank control group(P < 0.05). The carbon clearance index K and phagocytosis index α in the low-dose group and the high-dose group were higher than those in the blank control group(P < 0.05). The water extract and alcohol extract of Fructus Honeybee could significantly inhibit the delayed hypersensitivity induced by DNCB in mice, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The bee can increase the weight of immune organs and enhance the phagocytosis of mononuclear macrophages in mice, which has obvious immunomodulatory effect.
