HPLC法测定化胃舒颗粒中甘草苷和甘草酸铵的含量

摘要
目的:建立测定化胃舒颗粒中甘草苷和甘草酸铵的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Phenomenex Synergi Polar-RP色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.03%磷酸溶液为流动相,检测波长为237nm,柱温30℃,流速1.0 m L·min-1。结果:甘草苷进样量在0.1188~0.7128μg(r=0.9998)、甘草酸铵进样量在0.24~1.44μg(r=0.9998)范围内时,与峰面积值具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为96.98%和95.10%,RSD分别为1.73%和2.39%(n=9)。结论:本方法重现性好、专属性强、灵敏度高,可用做化胃舒颗粒内在质量控制的方法。
Objective:To develop an HPLC method for the content determination of liquiritin and ammonium glycyrrhetate in Huaweishu granula. Methods:HPLC was performed on the Phenomenex Synergi Polar- RP(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) with acetonitrile- 0. 03% phosphoric acid with a gradient elution program as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1. 0 m L·min- 1,237 nm as the detection wavelength,the temperature of column was at 30 ℃. Result:The linear range of liquiritin was 0. 1188- 0. 7128 μg( r= 0. 9998) and the average recovery rate was 96. 98%( n = 9) with RSD 1. 73%. The linear range of liquiritin was 0. 24- 1. 44μg(r = 0. 9998)and the average recovery rate was 95. 10%( n = 9) with RSD 2. 39%. Conclusion:The results showed that the method is simple,better reproducible,strongly specific and has high sensitivity and it is suitable for quality control of Huaweishu granula.
