睡眠护理干预在原发性肝癌术后睡眠障碍患者中的应用效果分析

摘要
目的:探讨睡眠护理干预在原发性肝癌术后睡眠障碍患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年6月福建省厦门大学附属第一医院收治的原发性肝癌术后睡眠障碍患者90例为研究对象,随机数字表法分为传统护理干预组和睡眠护理干预组,传统护理干预组予简单护理,予睡眠护理干预,比较结果。结果:睡眠护理干预组原发性肝癌术后睡眠障碍患者满意率、匹兹堡睡眠质量量表各个项目的得分、患者对睡眠障碍发生原因的认知、遵医行为程度方面相较于传统护理干预组,体现出明显的优势(P <0. 05)。结论:睡眠护理干预在原发性肝癌术后睡眠障碍护理中的干预结果良好。
Objective: To explore the effect of sleep nursing intervention in patients with sleep disorder after primary liver cancer surgery. Methods: From January 2017 to June 2018,90 patients with sleep disorder after primary liver cancer surgery in our hospital were included. The patients were grouped by random number table method. The traditional nursing intervention group was given simple nursing,and the sleep nursing intervention group was given sleep nursing intervention. Compare the results. Results: The satisfaction rate of patients with sleep disorder after primary liver cancer surgery in the sleep nursing intervention group,the scores of each item of the Pittsburgh sleep quality scale,the cognition of patients on the causes of sleep disorder and the degree of compliance with medical treatment showed obvious advantages over the traditional nursing intervention group,P < 0. 05. Conclusion: Sleep nursing intervention in primary liver cancer postoperative sleep disorder nursing intervention results are good.
