“泡排+环空激动降压”组合复产工艺在大牛地气田的应用

摘要
大牛地气田单井产量低,压力递减快,随着开采的深入,储层能量不下降,气井携液能力日趋变差,井筒逐渐产生积液甚至水淹停产。目前主要使用环空激动降压、液氮气举、多井联合气举、井口排液气举、套管充压气举等单一复产工艺来解决这一问题,但针对部分水淹不严重气井,常规复产成功率低、经常性气举复产成本高,因此需探索一种经济有效的复产方法。选取1口水淹井A1开展了"泡排+环空激动降压"组合复产工艺试验,并进行了经济效果评价。现场试验表明:水淹井A1复产成功后日增产量5150m~3、累计增产量148.835×104m~3,累计创效172.6486万元,施工费用较气举复产节约0.2万~5.85万元,投入产出比为1∶1150,具有良好的经济效益。推广应用表明:"泡排+环空激动降压"组合复产工艺对于积液不太严重、套压>9MPa、水淹前日产气>5000m~3/d的水淹井施工成功率为68%、较单一常规复产提高8%,在大牛地气田开发生产中具有一定的应用前景。
        Daniudi Gas Field has low single well production with quick decline of the pressure.Along with the deepening production,reservoir energy decreased continuously,liquid carrying capacity of the gas well weakened day by day,and liquid loading appeared in the wellbore which results in production stop for flooding.Annular excitation for pressure drop,air-lift by liquid nitrogen,well combination air lift,air lift by wellhead liquid discharge,air lift by casing pressuring and other single reproduction technologies are applied to solving the problem above.But for some gas wells that are not flooded seriously in Daniudi Gas Field,little general reproduction is successful and the cost of the regular air lift reproduction is high,so an economic and effective reproduction method should be proposed.Experiment of combined reproduction technology by foam drainage and annular excitation for pressure drop was made in the flooded well A1,and the economic effect was evaluated.The field application shows that the economic benefit of the flooded well A1 is good after the reproduction.Gas production increased by 5150 m~3/d and cumulative gas production increased by 148.835 ×104 m~3.Cumulative benefit is 1726.486 thousand yuan,and operation cost saved by 2000 to 58.5 thousand yuan compared with the air lift reproduction.The input-output ratio is 1 ∶1150.The popularized application shows that when the combined reproduction technology by foam drainage and annular excitation for pressure drop is applied to the flooded well with few liquid loading,casing pressure of more than 9 MPa and daily gas production of more than 5000 m~3/d before flooding,68% of them is successful,higher 8% than the single general reproduction.So,this technology has certain application prospect during the development and production of Da-niudi Gas Field.
