摘要
研究纯电动赛车动力匹配与优化问题,赛车的结构与运行工况不同于乘用车,为提高纯电动赛车的动力性与经济性,针对赛车的各项车辆参数及其在赛道上的运行工况进行动力匹配及优化。根据纯电动赛车的设计目标,确定赛车各项基本参数,利用Optimum Lap软件搭建FSEC赛道模型,建立赛车运行工况,并对赛车的传动比进行优化,最后在CRUISE中搭建FSEC赛车整车模型,分别在全符合加速和循环工况下,对建立的纯电动赛车进行动力性和经济性仿真。仿真结果表明,所设计的赛车满足各项设计指标,传动比优化后,经济性有所提升。
        The structure and operation condition of the racing car is different from passenger vehicles. In order to improve the power and fuel economy of electric racing car,power match and optimization should be done based on the vehicle parameters and operation conditions on the track. The basic parameters of the racing car was determined according to the design requirements. FSEC track model and operation condition were established and transmission ratio was optimized in Optimum Lap. The FSEC vehicle model was built in CRUISE,and the power and fuel economy was verified through full load acceleration and cycle run task. The simulation results indicate that the designed electric racing car meets all the design requirements,and the optimized ratio is better.
