摘要
为解决某重卡车型车门开度较小的问题,通过实际测量手段及DMU运动分析方法对该车型的限位器进行设计优化。优化后的限位器可以使车门最大开度由58°提升到76°,改善乘员进出车辆的便利性。
In order to solve the problem that the door switch angle of heavy truck is small, design and optimization of the limiter of the vehicle by actual measurement method and DMU motion analysis method. The optimized limiter can increase the maximum opening of the door from 58° to 76°, increase the convenience of passengers entering and leaving the cab.
