摘要
[目的]编制适合评价护理本科生健康评估观念的问卷。[方法]参考大量文献的基础上设计问卷,经专家反复修订形成初始问卷后,对246名护理本科生进行调查,采用区分度检验、相关系数法、信度检验、因子分析法4种方法分析筛选各个条目,形成正式问卷。[结果]正式问卷包括定位认知(4个条目)、基本内涵(5个条目)、沟通交流(5个条目)、价值意义(5个条目)、学习必要性(4个条目)5个维度共计23个条目,该问卷信度Cronbach′sα系数为0.925,5个维度Cronbach′sα系数为0.781~0.936,5个公因子累计解释变异量为60.220。[结论]护理本科生健康评估观念问卷具有良好的信度、效度,可以用来评价护理本科生的健康评估观念。
