新时代融资担保业服务实体经济发展研究——以郴州市为例

摘要
党的十九大提出要突出发展实体经济。金融是实体经济的血脉,融资担保是现代金融建设的重要内容。正确处理金融与实体经济的关系必须在理论上有清醒的认识。郴州是湖南省中小企业发展的潜力区域,融资担保业发展一度兴盛。但是近年来,随着国际国内经济形势的发展变化,郴州市融资担保业遇到了发展瓶颈。在新的经济形势下,郴州融资担保业迫切需要做实做强做大,帮助解决中小企业融资难题,助推民营实体经济发展。
At the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),it was proposed to give prominence to the development of real economy.Finance is the blood of real economy and financing guarantee is the important content of modern finance construction.The correct handling of the relationship between finance and real economy must have a clear understanding in theory.Chenzhou is a potential area for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Hunan province.However,in recent years,with the development and change of domestic and international economic situation,Chenzhou's financing guarantee industry has encountered with the development bottleneck.Under the new economic situation,Chenzhou financing guarantee industry urgently needs to become stronger and bigger to help solve the financing problems of small and medium-sized enterprises and boost the development of private real economy.
