消毒供应中心引入区域组长负责制对质量控制的影响及评价

摘要
目的:探讨区域组长负责制对消毒供应中心质量控制的影响。方法:在消毒供应中心引入区域组长负责制,实行按区划分,探讨区域组长负责制对治疗控制的影响。结果:在引入区域组长负责制后,包布清洁度、包布完好性、器械清洁度、器械完好性及无菌物品存放质量等5大方面检查合格率均有显著提高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);引入区域组长负责制后临床各个科室满意度显著提高,与引入前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:区域组长负责制可进一步提高消毒供应中心各环节质量,提高临床满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of regional team leader responsibility system on quality control in sterilization and supply centre.Methods:Introduce the regional team leader responsibility system into sterilization and supply center,divide them based on regions investigate the effect of regional team leader responsibility systemon system control.Results:With the introduction of the regional team leader responsibility system,the inspection pass rate of the five aspects,namely the cleanness and readiness of wrapping cloth,equipment cleanliness,equipment integrity and the stored quality of sterile items were all significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);with introduction of regional team leader responsibility system,the satisfaction of various clinical departments had been significantly increased,compared with that in pre-introduction,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Regional team leader responsibility system can further improve the quality of each link in sterilization and supply center,it can improve the clinical satisfaction as well.
