摘要
为解决全断面岩石掘进机(TBM)刀盘系统由于掘进过程中工况不确定性造成的载荷不确定和动态特性预测难度大的问题,提出一种工况不确定性的动力学分析方法。首先,对4种典型掘进工况进行等效,采用区间理论将不同工况的等效载荷进行区间表示,并将工况的不确定性转化为载荷的不确定性;然后,通过集中质量法建立刀盘多自由度耦合动力学模型,并结合得到的区间不确定载荷等效出不确定工况下的多自由度耦合动力学模型,求解得到不确定工况下的动力学响应;最后,以现场实测数据对该方法进行验证。研究结果表明:TBM在设计时应充分考虑工况的差异性;随着刀盘分块的增多,刀盘系统稳定性有所提高;驱动齿轮均匀分布时,刀盘系统振动稳定性较好。
        The problems of load uncertainty and difficult prediction of dynamic characteristics of the cutterhead system of TBM induced by the uncertainty of the working conditions during full-face hard rock TBM tunneling need to be solved.Hence,a dynamic analysis method for uncertainty of working condition is put forward. Firstly,the equivalent of 4 typical working conditions is carried out,the equivalent loads of different working conditions are expressed by interval theory,and the uncertainty of working condition is transformed into the uncertainty of load. And then the multi-degree freedom coupling dynamic model of the cutterhead is established by the lumped mass method,the multi-degree freedom coupling dynamic model under uncertain working conditions is obtained based on the interval uncertain load,and the dynamic response under uncertain working condition is calculated. Finally,the above-mentioned method is verified by field test data. The study results show that:( 1) The difference of working conditions should be fully considered during TBM design.( 2) The stability of the cutterhead system has been increased with the increase of the cutterhead block.( 3) The cutterhead system has a better vibration stability when the drive gear is evenly distributed.
