医学教育标准国际化与本土化分析——基于课程设置维度

摘要
以课程设置为视角,分析国内外医学教育标准的结构、框架和内涵宗旨,比较其性质、目标和内容的异同。着重分析不同标准体系对课程设置以及教学方法、教学评价的权重分配,不同标准体系因其目标设定的不同,侧重不尽相同。研究发现,国际医学教育标准虽是我国医学教育标准制定的重要参照,但是,国内标准因地制宜,本土化程度鲜明,且在不断调整、更新,因此,国际标准的适应度需要经过科学理性的本土化改造。
From the perspective of curriculum setting,this paper analyzes the structure,framework and connotation of international and domestic medical education standards,and compares their similarities and differences in nature,goals and contents.Furthermore,it also mainly analyzes the weight distribution of different standard systems for curriculum setting,teaching methods and teaching evaluation,different standard systems have different emphasis because of their different goals.The study has found that although the international medical education standard is an important reference for our medical education standard,the domestic standards are adapted to local conditions,and the degree of localization is clear,and they are constantly being adjusted and updated.Therefore,the adaptability of international standards needs to be reformed through scientific rationality.
