摘要
目的:探讨自主性综合实验在临床生化检验实验教学中的应用。方法:将医学检验本科生随机分组,实验组采用自主性综合实验教学法,对照组采用验证性实验授课,并进行成绩考核和问卷调查。结果:实验组理论和实验成绩均高于对照组,P<0.05,实验组学生的学习积极性、兴趣、独立思考能力、动手能力、人际合作能力、问题解决能力均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:自主性综合实验有助于提高教学效果。
        objective: To discuss the use of comprehensive and independently designed experiments in the course of clinical biochemical.Method: Medical inspection undergraduates were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group use comprenensive and self-designed experiments method,the control group use the replication experiment,and made score examine and questionnaire.Result: Theory and test result of the experimental group was visibly better than the control one,P < 0. 05,students' learning initiative and interest、thinking ability、operational ability、interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability of the experimental group was higher than the control one.conclusion: Comprenensive and independently designed experiments contribute to improve teaching result.
