案例教学法在临床专业医学生《康复医学》教学中的应用

摘要
目的:研究案例教学法在临床专业本科生康复医学选修课教学实施中的效果。方法:郑州大学临床医学五年制本科生164名,按照学号单双号将其划分为观察组和对照组(每组各82名),对照组采用传统讲授为主的教学模式,观察组在传统讲授的基础上应用案例教学法。课程结束后采用当堂考试对教学效果进行评估,其中对照组班还开展不记名问卷调查。结果:观察组的总成绩优于对照班,尤其在主观题的案例分析部分(P <0.05)。观察组的问卷调查结果显示大多数同学认为这种方式可以激发学习兴趣、提高自主学习能力、活跃课堂气氛、提高解决问题能力、提高学习效率、有利于知识的掌握。结论:案例教学法应用于临床专业医学生《康复医学》的教学中有利于弥补传统教学中的局限性,提高学生对《康复医学》这门课程的兴趣及重视,对今后的临床工作大有裨益。
Objective:to study the effect of case teaching methodology in rehabilitation medicine teaching of clinical medical students.Methods:164 clinical medical students were involved,they were invided into control group(n=82) and observation group(n=82)according to the number of students. The control group received the traditional teaching,the observation group received the case teaching in addition.At the end of class,evaluate the effect of teaching by classroom test, the observation group underwent anonymous questionnaire survey in addition.Result: The test score of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05),especially in case analysis.The questionnaire survey demonstrated case teaching can stimulate interest in learning,improve ability of autonomous learning and problem solving,enliven classroom atmosphere,improve learning efficiency.Conclusion: Case teaching helps to make up the limitation of traditional teaching,improve students' interest in rehabilitation medicine,It is of great benefit to the clinical work in the future.
