卢苏辨治子宫腺肌病合并不孕症经验

摘要
目的:总结卢苏教授对子宫腺肌病的认识及治疗经验。方法:通过跟师临诊学习典型医案,总结卢苏对子宫腺肌病病因病机的认识及导致不孕症的机理及用药经验。结果:卢苏认为本病乃阳虚为本、血瘀为标,瘀血日久成瘕,有形之邪阻滞冲任、胞宫而成不孕,若兼肝郁、脾虚、湿热则可变生他证,其治疗应立足中医整体观念,以缩小病灶缓解症状;促进生育,减少复发为原则,以补肾助阳、化瘀消癥、调周助孕、心理疏导为治法。结论:卢苏自拟益肾化瘀专方结合补肾调周法分步而治、心肾同治收效较好,对缓解痛经、促进生育大有裨益。
Objective: The paper summarizes the clinical experience of Professor LU Su 's treatment of uterine adenomyosis with infertility. Methods: To summarize Professor LU Su's understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of adenomyosis with infertility and treatment experience. Results: LU concludes that deficiency of Yang is the root while blood stasis is the branch. Liver depression,spleen deficiency,dampness and heat lead to other type of syndrome. The treatment should be based on the holistic view of TCM to reduce the lesion and alleviate symptoms. Promote procreation,reduce recurrence as the principle,with the method of reinforcing kidney and removing stasis,slow elimination of the syndrome,the adjustment of the week to help pregnant,psychological counseling for the treatment of the law. Conclusion: LU's Yishen Huayu Formula combines with kidney-reinforcing and menstrual cycle-regulating therapy can help to relieve pain and promote procreation.
