摘要
中医类实习生由于西医基础相对薄弱、临床思维能力欠缺,对脑病科实习望而生畏,严重影响实习同学的学习兴趣和实习效果。教学查房是培养医学生临床思维,将医学理论与临床实践有机结合的重要途径。我们选择缺血性中风(脑梗死)为教学病例,以主诉为核心展开病史询问及查体以培养学生临床思维,在具体带教过程中,我们把LBL教学法与PBL教学法相结合,在整个教学过程中贯穿TBL教学法,进行多模式教学查房,既巩固了学生的理论知识,拓展了学生的视野,又培养了学生的临床思维能力及语言表达与沟通能力,明显提高了实习带教质量。
        The interns of traditional Chinese medicine are terrified of the practice of neurology ward because of the relatively weak foundation of the western medicine and the lack of clinical thinking ability, which seriously affects the learning interest and practice effect of students in practice. Teaching ward round is an important way to train medical students ' clinical thinking and combine medical theory with clinical practice. We choose the ischemic stroke(cerebral infarction) as teaching cases, the principal is core medical history and physical examination to cultivate students ' clinical thinking, in the specific teaching process, using LBL teaching method and PBL teaching method and TBL teaching method in teaching rounds, not only to consolidate the theoretical knowledge of students, expand the students the vision, but also cultivate the students ' clinical thinking ability and language expression and communication skills, improve the teaching quality of internship.
