摘要
目的分析惠州地区部分职业人群定期血脂检查资料,了解其动态变化。方法选择2013-2016年连续4年每年都进行健康体检的人群,应用重复测量数据方差分析分析总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平变化,■趋势检验分析异常率变化。结果共有6 291名体检者,男性3 399人(54.0%),平均(41.2±13.3)岁。每年男性TC、TG、LDL-C水平均高于女性,而HDL-C水平要低于女性;男性和女性的血脂异常率(任一指标异常)从2013年35.7%和13.8%逐年降至2016年23.4%和11.7%(P<0.001,P=0.006);在4种血脂异常临床分型中,男性和女性高TC型、男性混合型异常率呈逐年下降趋势(从2013年3.9%、3.9%和2.8%分别降至2016年1.9%、2.5%和1.8%,且P均小于0.05);女性高TG型、男性和女性低HDL-C型异常率呈逐年上升趋势(从2013年4.0%、0.9%和0.3%分别升至2016年6.0%、7.4%和3.6%,且P均小于0.05)。结论定期健康体检人群总的血脂异常率呈现下降趋势,但在临床分型中,女性高TG型异常率、男性和女性低HDL-C型异常率却呈现上升趋势。
Objective To analyze the regular blood lipid examination data of some occupational groups in Huizhou area and to understand its dynamic changes.Methods Total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were selected from people with regular health checkups from 2013 to 2016.Variance analysis of repeated measurement data was used to analyse blood lipid levels in different time,and ■ test was used to analysis dyslipidemia rate in different characteristic people.Results A total of 6 291 healthy subjects with 3 399 males(54.0%)were included,and the average age was 41.2±13.3 years.The levels of TC,TG,and LDL-C in males were higher than those in females,while that of HDL-C in males were lower than that in females.The dyslipidemia rate of males and females(any abnormality of indicators)decreased from 35.7% and 13.8% in 2013 to 23.4% and 11.7% in 2016(P<0.001,P=0.006).In the four clinical classifications of dyslipidemia,the abnormal rates of high TC type in males and females,and mixed type in males decreased year by year(from 3.9%,3.9% and 2.8% in 2013 to 1.9%,2.5% and 1.8% in 2016,respectively,and Ptrend<0.05).The abnormal rates of high TG type in females,low HDL-C in males and females increased year by year(from 4.0%,0.9% and 0.3% in 2013 to 6.0%,7.4% and 3.6% in 2016,respectively,and Ptrend<0.05).Conclusion The total dyslipidemia rate of the regular healthy checkups shows a downward trend,but in the clinical classification of dyslipidemia,the abnormal rates of high TG type in females and low HDL-C type in males and females show an upward trend.
