思想政治工作在医院保卫工作中的作用

摘要
医院保卫工作是医院工作的重要内容之一,它影响着医院医疗工作的正常展开,能否对医院的保卫工作进行有效的管理直接影响医院的各项工作的进行。随着医疗体制的不断变革,医院保卫工作中的问题日益凸显,这就要求医院在医院保卫工作中做好思想政治工作。该文对思想政治工作在医院保卫工作中的作用进行了分析探讨。
Hospital security work is one of the important contents of hospital work. It affects the normal development of hospital medical work. Whether the hospital's security work can be effectively managed directly affects the hospital's work.With the continuous reform of the medical system, the problems in the hospital's security work have become increasingly prominent, which requires the hospital to do ideological and political work in the hospital's security work. This paper analyzes and discusses the role of ideological and political work in hospital security work.
