关于中医药院校大学生创新创业意识培养的思考

摘要
中医药院校大学生创新创业教育起步较晚,关于中医药院校大学生创新创业人才培养方面的理论与实践研究为数不多,创新创业人才培养教育机制尚不完善,社会家庭传统观念在很大程度影响大学生创新创业意识的培养,导致中医药院校大学生创新创业意识普遍薄弱。通过对中医药院校大学生创新创业意识的现状分析以及创新创业的重要性分析,从转变传统观念、加强创新创业教育、借助项目开展和社团活动等几个方面提出解决问题的对策。
The education of innovation and entrepreneurship for college students of traditional Chinese medicine starts late,but there are few theoretical and practical studies on the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,and the educational mechanism of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents is not perfect.The existence of the traditional concept of social family greatly affects the cultivation of the consciousness of innovation and entrepreneurship,which leads to the weakness of the consciousness of innovation and entrepreneurship of the students in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities.Based on the analysis of the present situation and the importance of the innovation and entrepreneurship of the college students of traditional Chinese medicine,the author tries to change the traditional idea and strengthen the education of innovation and entrepreneurship with the help of project development and community activities and other aspects of the proposed solutions to the problem.
