《黄帝内经》叙事医学文化特征

摘要
中医理论体系的奠基之作《黄帝内经》是叙事医学在中国医学中的实践应用。以生命观、疾病观、治疗观等叙述文本为研究对象,就"天人关系""阴阳思维""中和思维""象数思维"等中医叙事理论的重要性特征展开分析。结果表明,叙事医学并不完全是现代西方的新的医学模式。作为中国传统文化的重要组成部分,《黄帝内经》具有典型的东方叙事医学的文化特色。《黄帝内经》叙事医学作品的文化特征研究,对于向世界"讲好中国故事"、传播中国传统文化具有深远的意义。
Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic, the founder of the theoretical system of Chinese medicine, is the practical application of narrative medicine in traditional Chinese medicine. Focused on narrative texts concerning the view of life, the view of disease and the view of TCM treatment, revolving around the principle of "heaven and man", "Yin-Yang thinking", "neutralization thinking" and "Xiang thinking", this paper makes some analysis on the important features of narrative medicine of TCM. Results show that narrative tradition is by no means a new medical model in modern western countries and that as an important part of the traditional Chinese culture, Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic bears typical cultural characteristics of oriental narrative medicine. The culture study of the narrative medical works of Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic is of profound significance to the mission of "telling good Chinese story" and the transmission of traditional Chinese medicine culture.
