白族传统养生文化

摘要
白族养生具有十分悠久的历史,并受到多种文化的影响,既有可靠的实践经验,又有鲜明的民族形式。在漫长的历史进程中,白族先民不断融合中医和其他少数民族以及佛教、道教的养生文化,并传承本民族的传统文化,顺应本地区的自然环境,产生了尊重自然、顺应自然、爱护自然的养生观念,形成了泉水养生、饮茶养生、食花养生、鱼螺养生、温泉养生等养生方法。白族传统养生文化为中国养生文化提供了具有大理地域特点和白族文化特色的实践经验。
Bai people's health preserving has a long history and is influenced by many cultures. It has both reliable practical experience and distinctive national form. During the long historical process, the ancestors of Bai has continuously integrated the health culture that is from traditional Chinese medicine, other ethnic minorities, as well as Buddhism and Taoism, whilst inheriting the traditional culture of the nation and conforming to the natural environment of the local region, which then has formed a notion of health preserving that respects the nature, conforms to the nature, and cares for the nature, based on which it has also formed a number health preserving methods that involved with spring water, tea, flower, fish and snail, and hot spring, etc. The traditional health culture of Bai people's health preserving provides Chinese health culture with practical experience that is full of characteristics of Dali region and Bai culture.
