The prevention and control of nosocomial infection based on the practice of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment is gradually becoming a hot issue. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system with Chinese characteristics,it is considered that the overall nosocomial infection risk of the medical service system changes, and the risk of infection increases in hospitals below the second level and the hospitals at the primary level, and the risk of"non-traditional"hospital infections should be emphasized. It is proposed that the establishment of the concept of hospital infection prevention and control and the capacity improvement should be included in the construction of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system,to promote the transformation of the concept of hospital infection prevention and control in the process of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment, and to implement the key work of infection prevention and control around practice.
