院前急救护理对急性颅脑损伤合并昏迷患者救治及预后影响

摘要
目的:探讨院前急救护理对急性颅脑损伤合并昏迷患者救治及预后的影响。方法:采用前瞻性分析法选取急性颅脑损伤合并昏迷患者70例,按照急救入院时间分为对照组(常规急救护理)与研究组(院前急救护理),对比两组救治效果及预后变化。结果:对照组救治成功率、预后良好率均低于研究组,结果有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性颅脑损伤合并昏迷患者实施院前急救护理的效果更为理想,能提升抢救成功率,改善预后,值得推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the treatment and prognosis effect of pre-hospital emergency care on the patients with acute craniocerebral injury combined with coma. Methods: 70 patients with acute craniocerebral injury combined with coma were selected by prospective analysis method, and were divided into control group(routine emergency care) and research group(pre-hospital emergency care) according to the time of emergency admission. Compared the treatment effect and prognosis of the two groups. Results: The success rate of treatment and good prognosis in the control group were lower than those in the study group, with statistically significant results(P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of pre-hospital emergency care on the patients with acute craniocerebral injury combined with coma is more ideal, which can improve the success rate of rescue and improve the prognosis, and it is worth of promoting.
