基于HL7标准的医院信息集成平台的开发建设

摘要
目的:推进医院信息化发展,探索一套解决目前医院信息化发展中遇到问题的方案。方法:根据HL7标准改造医院现有的相关业务系统,开发建设基于HL7标准的医院信息集成平台.结果:以HL7作为数据交换的标准规范,基于医院信息集成平台实现医院医疗服务资源的最优化整合和临床各系统产生的数据得到了最大力利用,将各种临床出现的问题与科研数据有机的紧密结合,从而促使科研成果能及时在临床中运用。结论:基于HL7标准的医院信息集成平台,解决信息孤岛,降低业务系统之间的耦合度,降低建设成本和风险,加大了信息共享的力度,医院信息化建设有了统一规则规范和标准。
Objective:to promote the development of hospital informatization,to explore a set of problems encountered in the development of the hospital information.Methods:according to the relevant business systems of the existing HL7 standard hospital renovation,development and construction of hospital information integration platform based on the HL7 standard.Results:using HL7 as the standard for data exchange,the production of hospital medical service resources hospital information integration platform integration and optimization system based on the data obtained by clinical maximum force use,combines the problems and research data of organic variety of clinical appearance,so as to promote the research can be used in clinical practice.Conclusion timely:Hospital information integration platform based on HL7,to solve the islands of information,reduce the degree of coupling between business systems,reducing construction cost and risk,increase the intensity of information sharing,the hospital information construction with uniform rules of norms and standards.
